- Salmon Fillet 500g
- Maple Syrup 20g
- Sesame Oil 20g
- Mustard 20g
- Fish Spice 12g
- Ground Black Pepper 4g
- Sprig Of Dill - Finely Chopped 1
Wash salmon and pat dry with household paper.
For the marinade - stir maple syrup, sesame oil and mustard together. Then add remaining ingredients.
Brush salmon with marinade. Marinate in the fridge for about 4 hours.
Grill the salmon with the skin downwards in the middle of the barbecue grid for 6 to 9 minutes in indirect heat.
