RHUBARB TART WITH GREEK YOGURT

  • Rhubarb 400g Chopped
  • Puff Pastry 1 Roll
  • Quark 150g
  • Sour Cream 150g
  • Sugar 150g
  • Eggs 2 Medium
  • Butter For Greasing
  • Plain Greek Yoghurt 500g
  • Sour Cream 200g
  • Walnuts 50g
  • Honey 4tsp
  • Lemon Juice A Squeeze

Preheat the grill in the standard position for 10 minutes on a medium setting, keep the lid closed.

For the Greek yogurt, put 200 grams of sour cream, yogurt, vanilla sugar and lemon in a bowl and stir everything well.

Put the quark with sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and two eggs in a bowl.

Mix everything with a whisk until creamy.

5.

Place the puff pastry in the greased aroma pan. Cut away the dough along the edge of the pan. Pour quark mixture into the mold.

6.

Spread the rhubarb pieces evenly on top.
