  • 500g Wheat Flour
  • 20g Yeast
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TBSP Sugar
  • 2 TSP Salt
  • 270ml Water
  • 60ml Oil
  • 2 TBSP Kernels

Lay out the ingredients and preheat the grill.

Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl. To press a hollow in the middle. Mix the yeast with a little lukewarm water and the oil and place in the flour pan. Cover the pre-dough and let rise in a warm place for about 10 minutes. After the resting time, add the rest of the lukewarm water and knead the dough for approx. 5 minutes until smooth.

Now add the seeds, the egg and the salt and knead for another 3 minutes.

Place the bowl of the gourmet set on the grill and fill it with water.

Shape the dough into a smooth ball and divide it into 10 parts. Shape the dough pieces into balls and place on the greased, perforated baking sheet. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Cut into the dough balls and place on the grill.

Bake the rolls for approx. 15-20 minutes.
