  • Cane Sugar 75 Grams
  • Eggs 2
  • Soft Butter 100 Grams
  • Flour 50 Grams
  • Chopped Hazelnuts 50 Grams
  • Butter For Greasing Tins

PREPARATION

Beat cane sugar and eggs in a bowl until frothy. Stir in soft butter and beat again for 1 minute. Stir in the flour. While the grill is warming up, you can melt the chocolate in a bowl. Be careful not to let it get too warm. Stir in the melted chocolate. Grease the silicone mould with butter. Pour in the chopped hazelnuts and fill 3/4 of the way into the silicone moulds.

PREPARATION

Place the silicone mould in the preheated grill and bake the muffins for about 20 minutes at 200 ° C. Let cool and serve slightly lukewarm.

TIPS

Towards the end of the baking time, simply insert a wooden stick / toothpick into the muffins and pull it out again: If the dough sticks, then continue baking. You can use other nuts as well.
The ingredients are geared towards our silicone moulds - one silicone mould = approx. 6 people.
