  • Pollack Fillet 800g
  • Potatoes 1kg
  • Oatmeal 100g
  • Plain Flour 100g
  • Eggs 2
  • Butter 70g
  • Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Pepper 1.5tsp
  • Lemon 1

Prepare ingredients.

2. Place the funnel in the Volcano position. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and season with butter, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Mash the potatoes.

Roll the fish in flour, then pull it through a beaten egg and then turn it in oatmeal.

Bake the fish at about 180 degrees until golden brown. Drizzle the finished fillets with lemon juice.
