  • 1 Pumpkin
  • 100g Peanut Butter
  • 1 Chilli
  • Dash Of Lemon Juice
  • 1tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Clove Of Garlic
  • 50ml Water
  • 1tbsp Oil
  • 1tsp Sugar

Prepare all ingredients

Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, chilli pepper, lemon juice, water and garlic.

Cut the pumpkin into slices and brush on both sides with plenty of oil, salt and pepper.

Cook the pumpkin on both sides.
