  • Halloumi 1 Block
  • Mushrooms 200g
  • Corn On The Cob 2 Pieces
  • Cherry Tomatoes 5 Pieces
  • Courgette 1 Piece
  • Paprika 1 Tsp
  • Pineapple Chunks 1 Can
  • Olive Oil Drizzle

Step 1

Cut the meat, vegetables and halloumi into bite-sized pieces. Soak the mushrooms, peppers, courgettes and three quarters of the halloumi in olive oil. Season with oregano, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Place the pickled vegetables on the skewers alternately with the pickled halloumi. For the meat skewers, stick the fillet and mushrooms alternately. The Hawaiian skewer is alternately peppered with halloumi and pineapple.

Step 3

Cook on the grill for about 15 minutes.
