  • Big pizza dough
  • 1KG Onion
  • 250G Diced Bacon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200G Sour Cream
  • 200G Mountain Cheese
  • 50G Butter
  • Handful Of Chives

Cut the onions into slices, sauté with butter in the grill pan

Add bacon and simmer at about 160 degrees until the onions are translucent

Place the dough in a cast iron pan lined with baking paper, cut off the excess edge

Season the onion mixture with salt & pepper

Put sour cream, eggs, some salt and pepper in a bowl and stir.

Spread the onion mixture evenly on the dough. Pour the seasoned sour cream over the onion mixture

Grate cheese and distribute evenly. Bake on the grill at 220 degrees for about 35 minutes
